Also… It's Tiny

Here’s the real kicker: the water bottle only holds 10 ounces. That’s basically a shot glass in the fitness world. If you’re trying to drink a gallon a day, you’re going to be doing a lot of trips to the sink—which, ironically, may be the only part of this that improves your activity levels.

And don’t even get us started on cleaning it. Spoiler: it’s not dishwasher-safe.


So... Is It Worth It?

Let’s get one thing straight: there are five big rocks in any solid health routine:

  3. Nutritious, whole foods
  4. Drinking enough water
